How do I request a disruption report geo access report, claims analysis or a listing of network providers?

Requests for network information can be made two ways; online by email or by calling Maverest Sales and Support at 1-888-458-2137.

What is the access fee to utilize the Maverest network?

Access fees are based on a percent of savings or a PEPM (per employee per month) fee.

How much can a TPA, employer or union save by using Maverest?

The savings experienced by an employer, a TPA or a union is determined directly by the type of dental benefit plan that is offered to their respective employees and/or members. Dental plans typically range from what is termed “passive” network access to “highly network directed.” “Passive” plans contain no additional costs to the members for using non-network dentists, but when Maverest providers are used the employer and the member save an average of 22% for each dollar of services at a participating dentist. Dental plans defined as “highly network directed” will reduce benefits if non-network dentists are used, creating a significant cost savings for the employer regardless of actual network utilization.

How are Maverest dentists reimbursed?

They are reimbursed based on the Maverest Dentist Fee Schedule for each specified zip code area. The Fee Schedule determines the total fee that a participating Maverest member (insured individual) will be obligated to pay a Maverest dentist for services provided. The total fee shown on the fee schedule is the combined total of the member’s deductibles, coinsurance and/or co-payments required at the time of service, plus the benefit payment from the member’s insurance company or benefit administrator. (The amount a member is required to pay at the time of service, depends on the type of benefit plan under which the member has coverage.)

Will directories be provided?

A geographical provider listing will be provided to members only upon their request. Maverest strongly encourages the use of our online provider search as it is the most accurate and up to date.

Will Maverest recruit specifically based on the needs of my client?

Yes, simply provide Maverest with a list of providers that are highly utilized and we will make every attempt to recruit them to join the network. To nominate a dentist using our online form, click here.

Are logos required on the ID card?

No logo is required, however they are strongly suggested. Click here for the logo and formats.

Is steerage to network providers mandatory?

Steerage is not mandatory, but suggested.

What types of marketing materials are available to promote Maverest to my clients?

Payroll stuffers, postcards and breakroom posters are available upon request. If you wish to provide your clients with marketing materials, please contact your Maverest sales represenative or contact us via email.
